Shipping & Policy


***Starting January 1st, 2021, I will no longer ship orders from the United Kingdom due to the new VAT policy. UK orders will be refunded if received. My deepest apologies for the inconvenience!

All orders are shipped with full tracking.

I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services. Please do not place any orders if this is unacceptable to you. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service, as I am in no way associated with them and cannot control any aspect of the delivery process.

Special note that the shipping rates are especially expensive to destinations located in a few selected countries, such as United Arab Emirates and Philippines, so I strongly discourage ordering if you're located there. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I have no control over shipping costs.

Order process time before shipment: 2~5 days

Estimated delivery:

USA - 3~5 business days

Canada/International - 8~23 business days


If you'd like to cancel or change your order, feel free to email your request to [email protected].

Cancellations are fully refunded before the order is shipped out. Changes require your order to be cancelled first, with a full refund, before you simply place a new order.


Refunds or exchanges are not accepted once your order has been shipped out and out of my control. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

In cases where the package is returned to me (the seller/store) due to failed delivery, I get charged an additional $5 CAD to received returned mail, and that would also apply to the order. This process typically takes 6-8 weeks or longer.
